A legend tells that one day, a young man, not very wealthy, wanted to prepare a dish for his beloved, hoping she would fall in love with him. So he gathered all the ingredients he had at home and tried to cook a dish āpara ellaā (for her), managing to create something so rich and delicious that she did indeed fall for him.
That dish was called Paella.
And with that same spirit ā made of care, passion, and the desire to stir emotions ā our TASTING MENU was born.
A journey designed for you, blending the tradition of little Barceloneta with the authentic soul of our land, told through dishes that speak of love, sea, and memory.
